Biography
Samantha received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University. While in law school, she held the Vice President position of the Labor & Employment Law Society. She was also a member of the Environmental Law Journal where she was published as a Staff Writer in Volume 31, Issue 2 and thereafter served as the Journal’s Production Editor. Samantha has always advocated for employees’ rights, initially starting in Pennsylvania and then expanding into New Jersey. Samantha continues to focus her practice on employment law and civil rights throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey as she is admitted to practice in both states.
In her free time, Samantha loves to explore Philadelphia with her husband and beloved Frenchie, Roscoe.
