Biography
Bryn Clay is a fourth-generation attorney and has experience assisting clients in a wide array of matters. Bryn represents a diverse array of clients in multiple jurisdictions and before state, federal, and administrative agencies. Prior to joining KKC, she was the Managing Attorney of a boutique Philadelphia-based immigration law firm specializing in deportation defense and family-based immigration during our nation's most tumultuous years for immigration practitioners. Ms. Clay has also spent time representing primarily Hispanic clients in criminal and family matters across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ms. Clay was featured in Forbes' February 2024 edition of "Philadelphia Leaders in Law." Bryn is proficient in the Spanish language.
Bryn focuses her current practice on discrimination suits, whistleblower and retaliation claims, unemployment compensation proceedings, and helps clients navigate through complex EEOC and other state and local agency proceedings.
Ms. Clay graduated from Rutgers Law School - Camden in 2021 and is barred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In her free time, Bryn enjoys horseback riding, culinary arts, drawing, and spending time with her husband, Anthony.
