Biography
Adam graduated cum laude from Pace Law School in 2003, where he was a member of Pace Law Review. He was admitted to practice law in New York in March of 2004 and Pennsylvania in January of 2010. From January of 2010 to the present, Adam's practice has been almost exclusively dedicated to employment and civil rights matters, including wage/FLSA matters. Adam has been lead trial counsel well over 100 times in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New York. Adam has litigated employment cases from inception through disposition in Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York, various Pennsylvania and New York state courts, as well as federal and state appellate matters. Since 2010, Adam has tried four federal employment cases to verdict, including a Title VII case which resulted in a multiple six-figure plaintiff verdict, as well as a multi-plaintiff verdict in an FLSA case (both of these cases were tried in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania). In January of 2018, Adam became a partner of Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C. The firm focuses almost exclusively on employment matters.
