Biography

Shaun Cristol is an attorney whose practice focuses on employment litigation, including agency proceedings before the EEOC and state agencies. Mr. Cristol has represented clients in complex civil litigation, with experience in workers’ compensation, insurance defense, and regulatory advisory matters. Prior to joining KKC, Mr. Cristol worked with several respected regional law firms, supporting litigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Cristol earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he distinguished himself academically, achieving Dean’s List. As a Staff Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, he received a Silver Medal Award for excellence in substantive editing, and the Daniel G. Mackrides Superior Authorship Award for Best Student Article.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Cristol built an extensive career in the financial services industry. As a mortgage professional, he advised on complex transactions, conducted compliance reviews, and worked with high-net-worth individuals and business stakeholders. This background provides him with a practical, business-oriented perspective that informs his legal approach, enhances his ability to assess risk, and allows him to deliver strategic solutions.
