Katie explained my legal rights as an employee, and also made it clear what was fair to ask for in a resolution, as well as the timeline for that possible outcome. It was a long road, however Katie stood by me through the entire process. Katie is incredibly patient, and she took the time to ease my worries, she is an excellent communicator. Katie handled the entire case with a rare balance of kindness and professionalism. No one calls a lawyer when things are going right in your life. For me, I was looking at a demotion and significant loss of pay due to an adverse action imposed by my employer the US Government.
My initial consultation was with Ari who was compassionately listened to my predicament and did a great job managing my expectations about what to expect when cases like mine are litigated. Ari handed me off to Christine, the resident expert for employment law with the federal government. As a career government manager looking at serious penalties, I could not have asked for a more qualified, zealous, and tenacious advocate!
