Biography
Samuel Son is a litigation attorney at Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C., where he represents employees in discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and state unemployment matters. His practice includes cases arising under the ADA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, and related state protections.
Before joining the firm, Samuel developed a broad foundation in commercial and intellectual property litigation, honing his skills in research, writing, and strategic analysis across complex disputes. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma (B.S., Petroleum Engineering) and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (J.D.), Samuel draws on his technical background to approach employment law with analytical precision, navigating the interplay of regulation, data, and workplace practice with clarity and care.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey, with admission pending before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Outside the office, he’s a devoted fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Philadelphia Eagles, and lives with his fiancée and their Shih Tzu, Yoshi.
