Biography

Amy Karpf, born and raised initially in China, immigrated to the United States when she was 9 years old. She is a co-founder of Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C. Mrs. Karpf is licensed in the highest courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as many federal courts. Mrs. Karpf is bilingual and a skilled trial attorney.

She has also argued cases before many agencies, including but not limited to, the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Division of Civil Rights, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and throughout state and federal courts.

After extensive state and federal litigation earlier in her legal career, Mrs. Karpf has assumed the helm in assisting with all aspects of business management at Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, a tri-state law firm with a renowned reputation. In addition to her strong commitment to areas of civil rights law, Mrs. Karpf regularly dedicates herself to community and public service in pro bono and volunteer capacities.

She has participated in the federal re-entry program, provided pro-bono litigation representation, assisted with court-appointed cases throughout her career, and she is a regular speaker and participant in many non-profit organizations in the greater- Philadelphia area.
