Biography
Benjamin D. Salvina is a lead litigation attorney with the firm and has extensive experience representing employees in employment discrimination and wage & hour legal matters. Mr. Salvina has represented clients in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Before joining Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, Mr. Salvina represented both employees and employers in employment discrimination, wage & hour, and labor law cases. Mr. Salvina’s prior experience representing employers gives him valuable insight into how employers defend these cases, which enhances his ability to zealously represent employees who have experienced unlawful discrimination, retaliation, and wage theft.
Mr. Salvina received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While studying in law school, Mr. Salvina also obtained a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Salvina received a dual degree Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Public Policy from Brown University.
Mr. Salvina is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and focuses his practice on representing employees who have been victimized by their employers.
Mr. Salvina is a proud member of the LGBTQ community. He sings and dances with the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus and regularly plays sports in the Philadelphia Chapter of Stonewall Sports. His favorite sport is dodgeball.
